Migrant Workers

Niagara Community Legal Clinic provides various legal services to the migrant farm workers of our region. We assist in such areas of law as pensions, workplace injury compensation, employment rights, and human rights. On a limited basis, we are also able to provide information and supports connected to immigration law. We acknowledge that many of the migrant workers labouring in Niagara are Indigenous people of the Americas.
